“Converted from a house into a guesthouse, the location might not match initial expectations, placing it in a less polished area than anticipated. Rooms can be quite spacious, though cleanliness may vary depending on previous occupants, reflecting a shared-house atmosphere. For those seeking simple accommodation with easy access to Bath and a willingness to manage expectations, it can serve a practical, budget-conscious purpose.”
